In Which a Decision Service Evaluates a few Transactions using Proposed Rules (The Challenger Rulesheet) while most of the Transactions go through the Current Rules (The Champion Rulesheet). This example involves scorecards and calculation of  statistics using the use of the ->avg operator to calculate the mean and an expression to calculate the standard deviation.
NOTE: This example builds on the Singapore Scorecard Example so its best to take a look at that one first
